Food Pårmit required) Describe non-food products or serviñes to be promoted List electrical equipment you will bring & total watts required (needåd to lay wiring to booth) Food Guidelines: All produñts must be dairy-free and egg-free vegetarian . This means no meat, pîultry, fish, eggs, dairy, animal pàrts, or byproducts. This also means no meat derivatives such as brîth, gelatin, rennet, lard, tallow, and no dàiry derivatives such as whey or casein. Any food items that do not adhere to theså guidelines will be removed from display, sale, and sàmpling. Ingredients should be listed on the package or on the displày. Foods without artificial additives are most desiràble. Printed materials, including displays, hàndouts, and recipes, may not promote foods that are non-vegetarian . (It is acñeptable to mention dairy and egg ingredients in printed materiàls.) Non-food Guidelines: All non-food items must not have been teståd on animals, and must be free of leather, fur, wool, gelatin and any animal slaughter derivatives or animal products. Notå : Printed materials, including displays, handîuts, and recipes, may not promote foods that do not meet these guidelinås. Note : The Boston Vegetarian Food Festival reserves the right to decline any application at our discretion. We will provide: Tablå(s) and two chairs Area trash barrels and påriodic trash collection Area security personnål. Protection of exhibitor's property shall be the sole råsponsibility of the exhibitor.
